Orders are sent directly from our warehouse. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out.
We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped,
you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Delivery within 10-20 Business Days after preparing your order.
When ordering, please make sure to select the correct model and color as we cannot modify the selected items.
Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated at the time of purchase. Please note that for any error in the postal address, personal information or other information that you have entered incorrectly at the time of purchase as well as absence we can not do anything and the next delivery will be entirely at your expense or the delivery can not take place. Moreover we do not refund for these reasons.
For us, reducing costs to you is paramount so that you do not have to pay high taxes on your items. That's why also for logistical reasons,
items from the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages without additional shipping costs. You can receive several packages on different days.
Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.

**Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes.
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
FREE Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping.
So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy-return process.
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order.
Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order.
Please note that our return policy does not include earrings, clothing, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.*

Easy Return and Exchange Process
1. Email customer care at email@example.com. If you would like a refund or an exchange, Ask us about our address with the merchandise you would like in exchange.
2. Ship your return, with the details of your order that you will have printed.
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange,
the merchandise you requested will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
